  • Dry needling involves inserting thin needles into trigger points in the muscles, tendons, or fascia to alleviate pain and improve mobility.

  • Dry needling is a technique mainly used to treat muscle aches and pains. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling targets specific areas of muscle tension or injury rather than traditional acupuncture points. 

  • Suitable for those who are brave-hearted, and there may be some after-effects for approximately 3 days after the session.

  • It takes approximately 10 minutes per area.

  • Cupping Therapy involves placing cups on the skin to create a suction effect. The cups are made of glass and heated to create the suction.

  • The marks left by the cups on the skin are temporary and typically fade within a few days.

  • It takes approximately 15 minutes per session.

  • Oil cupping involves applying oil to the skin and using a glass cup to create suction and move along the meridian lines and muscle fibers.

  • APBC primarily uses specific mobilization or manipulation techniques in certain cases, but 80% of the approach involves very gentle methods, including stretching, joint manipulation, and other techniques to enhance mobility and reduce pain.

  • It must be evaluated for suitability according to the physician's discretion.

  • Facial acupuncture is a technique that involves the use of small needles specifically for the face. The needles are inserted along the facial contour and other areas, left in place for 30 minutes, and then removed.

  • The goal of this technique is to improve blood circulation, promote recovery, and lift and firm the face.

  • It takes approximately 30 minutes per session.

APBC Adjuster Pro

  • A specific neurological and orthopaedic biomechanical approach targeting the coccyx, pubic, ilia, sacrum, lumbar, thoracic, cervical, upper cervical, occipital, and TMJ.

  • Also covers sports extremity prevention and management.

  • APBC is 80% very gentle, using mobilisation techniques in most cases. Specific HVT manipulation is used only for discogenic pain, disc problems with neuropathy, or fibrous capsular adhesions that do not respond to conservative care.
